Kravet Design of Distinction Award Winners

Textile Design is proud to announce the winners of this fall’s Kravet Design of Distinction Competition. Kravet Inc., an honored industry partner of the Textile Design department, hosted a competition for our students based on the inspiration of their fast archives.

Scott Kravet visited our studios and showed us an amazing assortment of incredible textiles. Next, he showed us their modern designs that drew inspiration from their archives. That set the tone for the competition. Each student chose one piece that they found inspiration for and then, in turn, created their own textile to enter into the competition. We had an excellent turnout and all of the entries were fantastic but alas, there could only be one winner in each program, undergrad and graduate.
