CAD for Fashion Design Spotlight: Claire Puhalski

July 15, 2020

CAD for fashion design is a sophomore level class which introduces students to important design software and functions that are vital in the fashion industry. For their final project, students create digital concept boards, color palettes, custom prints & plaids, and sketch technical flats all using Adobe software.

Claire Puhalski uses marine life inspiration to create a rich, textural collection. Abstract prints alongside plaids in unexpected color-combinations feel new, exciting, and expensive.
