The 2019 Jefferson ID Sprint Project concluded yesterday in spectacular fashion. 22 student teams were on hand to present their designs to professionals from project client Sparks as well as faculty from both the graduate and undergraduate programs. The solutions for a flexible, wall-less interaction space were the culmination of a week of intensive work by each team. Client input received from Friday’s mid-project critique was thoroughly incorporated and each team brought their concepts to life using an array of detailed renderings and scale models.
Students gained crucial experience in working with industry-leading clients and learned how to collaborate well in a time-limited scenario. The end result was a satisfied client and a valuable real-world project for students in all levels of the program to incorporate into their design portfolios.
Special thanks to all the students, faculty and everyone from Sparks who made this experience possible.
